Humus Wrap with Radish Microgreens


One tortilla, any kind you fancy

1 ½ – 2 T hummus

½ C spring mix

1 carrot, shaved

Healthy handful of radish sprouts

Feta cheese crumbles

You can get creative with this one! As a fan favorite, we have

re-envisioned the wrap using our radish microgreens.

This wrap is loaded with nutrients and is sure to keep you

happy and healthy.

Spread your hummus over your tortilla, place your

spring mix on top, along with your carrots, and

sprinkle on the radish microgreens

and don’t forget about the cheese!

Light, nutritious, and satisfying!
