Fresh Spinach and Berry Salad

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach or mixed baby greens 

  • 1/2 cup microgreens 

  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries If using strawberries, slice them 

  • 1/2 avocado ripe but not too soft; drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle lightly with salt

  • 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds optional 

  • Favorite grated or crumbled cheese Feta, Romano, Parmesan


Step 1

Combine all ingredients and top with a Green Goddess dressing.
